Jeez, where does the time go? No, seriously…. It’s almost May and this is my second post on the blog this year. So if there’s actually anyone left reading this I’ll be astonished.

Besides the day job, the kids, yadda yadda, blah-blah, my main problem has been a lack of direction, not just on the blog but with my creativity as a whole. I’ve been slowly getting back into music,  learning on my feet the production side of things–with a view to actually releasing my own tracks–and coupled with a meltdown pre-Christmas owing to losing a great chunk of writing, I’ve lost a lot of momentum.

And then there’s this other thing nagging away at me… no biggy, just the total annihilation of life as we know it on this planet.

I’ve often blogged about these issues in the past, which has kind of led to a lack of identity on my blog. So in view of that a long overdue overhaul is needed. Moving forward I’m gonna concentrate on the writing over here.

But hang-on…before you leave I need to tell you about the new site dedicated to all things environmental that myself and fellow nature-lover and blogger Kate Johnson have been working on. It’s called the Dodo Express and its still very much a work-in-progress, but we have big plans for it, so pay us a visit and make sure you hit that follow button.
